BurgerMan®System
The principle difference to other Burger Companies is the BurgerMan Grill open kitchen. Our guests order their Burger and other specials directly with the Grill Crew.
After that, the Burger is garnished according to the guest’s wishes. Within two minutes the order will be hot and ready to go handed over to the guest. There is no need to wrap, or put our Burgers into a warming chute.
The Burger and all other foods are “fired just in time”. Welcome in the new world of Burgers. We have the better taste since 1994.
Because we are in the business of better taste, we purchase our meats of young cattle from the alpine meadows of Carinthia. Those young cattle have grazed on the summer meadows and have not been fed anything else other then flowers and grasses.

The BMD Company
BurgerMan Development -BMD- is a family business and can be compared with a jet idling on the runway. The engines a running at the highest speed but the breaks are still not released. Just like the jet on the runway, BMD is waiting for the right Joint Venture Partner.
The Burger Business has but two mayor providers. BMD wants to add its innovative BurgerMan Grill System and have a share of the market.
We see that there is a large gap which is not filled. In our three year test period we learned about the needs of the customer. The largest customer wish is, to have a Burger custom made. The feedback has been, that the customer wants a great tasting product which is custom made. At present there are very few Burger Companies which have the logistics to fill this need.

We have the opinion that there are very few real good offerings Casual Food Offerings on the market. If we analyze the common offering on the market, we have to say (and are sorry about it), that it is at best mediocre. With our Joint Venture Partner we like to open our BurgerMan Grill Flagship and show how many advantages we have with our system.
After the first full year of operation we will go on the market and franchise BurgerMan Grill. Our flagship shall be used as center for education and schooling.
At present we have inquiries for a franchise from all over the world, unfortunately we are not in a position to offer one as of yet. Ideally our Joint Venture Partner has the infrastructure like a Food Market, and a BurgerMan Grill would be a great compliment alongside a market location.

In the area of our attractiveness, we scored 2,9 out of 3 possible points.
We are of the opinion that the real major difference (and that’s the reason we are in the Burger Business) is the better taste and that has not been compared.
We are convinced that we have the right package at the right time and that we can fill the market gap.
