The greatest advantage is the experience, knowledge, motivating factor, the enthusiasm and dedication with which the founder breathes life into BurgerMan Grill. The better taste is why we are in the Burger Business. If there was a Burger provider in Europe delivering real good taste and capable of giving the customer what he really wants, the founder of BurgerMan would not go into the Business.
Better taste equals a better “Bottom line”
We are a genuine old fashioned economy business. Our investment costs and our running costs are a fraction of our competitors.
Here are some important differences:
We don’t need large Refrigerators and Deep freezers, because we prepare our products fresh daily and on the premises.
We don’t have any costly deep fat fryers.
Our competitors need large systems because they are on a one to two day delivery service per week. For this they need large cooling and deep freezer systems, which are costly to install and operate. The cost of the fat fryers for their potatoes is almost as high as our total energy cost in the kitchen.
We are basically a Grill Station with a backup kitchen. Our Bakery will pay for itself, because we produce the bun, which we could not buy any better. More important yet is, that we don’t want to outsource our quality controls to other hands. Health goes hand in hand with a better taste experience.
We are efficient in every area of operation and save money at every turn. We expect to generate a profit of about 25 to 27% on our sales of around 1 Million $ per location. (Kindly refer to the disclaimer)

We offer our Joint Venture Partner a stake of 50% of the BurgerMan Development Company inclusive the future development of the worldwide Franchise Business. Depending on location, the investment for the Flagship restaurant will be around €250.000. In case our partner has a suitable real estate or location on hand, the investment costs could be considerable less. Sales should be around €1,000.000 within one year, and we plan to make a profit of around 25%. The investment should be amortized within one to two years.

We all know that Fast food has a negative image and it is understandably so. The combination of fats, sweet soft drinks, Fried potatoes and a Burger are in the long run devastating for anyone.

Vegetables and fruits, the basis of health
We at BurgerMan Grill, offer fresh grilled Burgers, Potatoes without fats and the sensational BurgerMan Natural Lemonade. This combination is not worrisome to anybodies health, because we do without fats and sugar and yet, excite everybody with great taste.
At BurgerMan Grill, there is no contradiction to a good Burger and to the customer’s health. Next to the exciting Burger selection we place a great emphasis on our Salad Bar. We intend to make a deal with a large dairy company which should enable us to offer a great milk selection for the health of everybody.
We just don’t talk about health; we really take the most precious asset of our customers very seriously.
Because we have an innovative system, we need just a fraction of energy in comparison to our competitors.
